Mr. Spradling was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on April 8, 1948.  He received a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Virginia in 1970, and graduated with a Juris Doctorate with Special Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1975.  Mr. Spradling served as a Lieutenant (j.g.) with the Seabees in the United States Navy from 1970 to 1972, and received a Letter of Commendation from Commander in Chief, U.S. Atlantic Fleet.  Mr. Spradling’s practice has concentrated in transactional areas of the law with an emphasis on commercial real estate transactions.
